DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders are generally dispatched with 1-2 working days, however during busy periods dispatch may take up to 3 days. However, if you are in need of an item urgently please get in touch and I will do what I can, you will find the contact form here.
UK - Delivery within the UK is FREE across my whole shop. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Estimated delivery is within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
OUTSIDE THE UK
Please note that orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to taxes/duty on arrival to its destination country. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included within the cost of the goods ordered. We are not liable to pay any of these charges.
Shipping costs for other countries are calculated at checkout once you have selected your location.
EU - sent via Royal Mail international delivery. Estimated delivery is within 3-7 working days of dispatch. Please note however that currently we are experiencing some delays due to Brexit.
INTERNATIONAL - sent via Royal Mail international delivery. Estimated delivery is within 7-14 working days of dispatch.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. EU and International orders may be subject to delays due to the postal services in different countries.
In the event you are unhappy with your purchase please email me at email@example.com within 14 days letting me know if you require an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
Please note that returned goods must be securely package and returned in an unused condition. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we highly recommend obtaining proof of postage. Upon receipt of the return, providing the item is in saleable condition the exchange or refund will be processed (minus any shipping costs original paid as these are non-refundable). Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed and appear in your bank account.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
