Why I only make giclée prints (and why it matters for you)
If you've ever bought a print and watched it fade within a few years, you'll know how disappointing that is. That's exactly why I only make giclée prints.
So what actually is a giclée print?
Giclée is a professional fine art printing process, it's the standard used by galleries, so not your average home printer which is why all my prints are professionally printed. The inks used are fade resistant and I have chosen to use an archival paper to help with longevity.
Why does that matter for you?
Because your print is built to last over 60 years without losing its colour or vibrancy. You're not buying something that'll look tired and faded in five years. You're buying something you can hand down.
The paper matters too
All my prints are made on ethically sourced, chlorine free paper from carefully managed renewable forests. So the quality is there, but so is the consideration behind it.
Limited edition - always
Every single print is signed by me and released as a limited edition.
